Artwork & Copyright

All artwork displayed on this website remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Every effort is made to accurately display artwork colours and details. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Payments

All payments must be completed before artwork is shipped or delivered.

Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on location and product type. The artist is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

UK Shipping: 2-4 working days

Europe: 5–10 working days

USA/Canada: 7–14 working days

Australia: 10-21 Working days

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if artwork arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage.

Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order prints, refunds are not always guaranteed for a change of mind. If any original or made-to-order artwork arrives damaged, please be advised that you will need to discuss with us the timeframe on replacements.

Commissions

Commissioned artwork is created specifically for the customer and may not be refunded once the work has begun.

The artist reserves the right to share commissioned work in portfolios or social media unless otherwise agreed.
